Jack is married to Maureen who is employed by Marietta City Schools as a Special Education Supervisor. They have three children, Matt, who works for Fox Sports in
Cincinnati
; Andy, who is attending the
University
of
Cincinnati;
and Katie, who is a graduate of Xavier
University and is now an occupational therapist
. Jack's hobbies include fishing, camping, photography and story telling.
Education
Jack has his BSBA from Franklin University in Columbus Ohio. He is also a chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter, chartered Life Underwriter and chartered Financial Consultant.
Career
Jack has been in the insurance business since 1970. He is a former insurance agency owner and is now Agency Manager with Simmons and Simmons Insurance in Marietta.
Community Activities
Jack has been involved with Boy Scouts, United Way, St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Marietta High School Athletics.
Rotary Activities
Jack is a returning Marietta Morning Rotary member as well as a Paul Harris Fellow. He currently serves as our Sargeant at Arms (aka "the Sheriff") and storyteller extraordinnaire.
