Brad previously worked in the IT field for 10 years as a consultant. He joined his dad in the family business in 2003. His and his wife LeeAndra have two daughters. He enjoys golf and being active in the community. Brad is also a pilot.

In 2005, Brad had the opportnity to attend the 100th Anniversary Rotary International Annual Convention held in Chicago, Illinois. Brad recalls fondly the thousands of Rotarian attendees from all parts of the world, the whirl of foreign languages and attire around him, and the impressive energy of such a gathering of Rotarians.
